Sweet and Sour Balls

I made Sweet and Sour Pork Balls for tonight's dinner. Nothing special, there was about 2 pounds of ground pork in the freezer and this recipe first came to mind :-).

This is not my original recipe. These days, thanks to Foodtrip28, I don't have to pour into my Cookbooks trying to decide what dish to cook. My Cookbooks merely gather dust in the bookshelves lately. Goes to show that a picture is worth a thousand words let alone a video, that would be million words.

Its become a ritual. As soon as I get home from work, I open up my Filipino Cooking Video collection stored in my Laptop. I just pour through images of Recipes and before I know it, a dish becomes a reality and food is served on the dining table.
